General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of pain in both sides of the abdomen, particularly more in the left side which increases on coughing, sneezing, even on turning in bed. Severe enough to make you cry.
With the history you have provided, this looks to be due to an inflammatory process going on on the left side of the abdomen.
The most probable causes can be:
Diverticulitis.
Lymph node mass.
Crohn's disease.
If you are a female anything related to ovarian cyst and Fallopian tubes.
This can be easily diagnosed by the following:
Clinical evaluation, examination by a Genera Surgeon.
Contrast enhanced CT scan pf the whole abdomen.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
Once diagnosed get a proper prescription based treatment with antibiotics, metronidazole and symptomatic treatment.
