Hello

It is not wise to take pain killers without proper diagnosis.
You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver function test,renal function test,urine RE/ME, X-ray L/S spine (AP/Lateral),serum calcium,vitamin D level,ultrasound of abdomen,thyroid profile.
It is important to know age and sex of patient.
MRI of L/S spine can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take care
