General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have fungal infection. In this situation, I suggest clotrimazole ointment apply locally. I also suggest you fluconazole 150mg once per day for 3 days. I recommend you using cotton underwear and maintain good hygiene.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
