Suggest Medication For Erectile Dysfunction

Dear Madam,

My name is Prashant,Male,33 years,Unmarried.

From the last 2 months I realise that I do not get full erection during masterbation even though i get ejaculated. I'm going to get married in next couple of months so I'm little worried that whether I will able to perform well or not on bed.

I feel that I'm not able to concentrate enough to get the full erection during masterbation,I had never had sex before so I even don't know whether I will be able to concentrate when I will have the real sex.

I also observed that I feel like butterfly in my stomach when I try to stimulate my self.Also let me tell you I use to go for some incest sex thought to get an erection though not full.

I'm masterbating since I think I was 10years.

Please help me to tell do I have a impotency problem. Is there any solution.

Am I ready to get married.

You are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction since last 2 months.

In majority of patients in absence of any major health issue the cause of ED at this age is is psychogenic however one needs to get investigated to rule other factors before it is labelled as Psychogenic

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests done to establish cause of ED.
1) Serum Testosterone levels
2) Blood sugar levels to rule out diabetes.
3) Thyroid function tests
4)Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of penis to rule out vascular cause like arterial insufficiency or venous leak as a cause of your ED.
