Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain
anal fissure occurs when there is tear in the anal mucosa known as Anoderm and can occur due to
constipation leading to excess straining to evacuate hard stools, anal intercourse, putting anal endoscope etc..
As you are already being treated, you might be given
ointments containing Calcium channel blockers like Diltizem..
Application of
analgesic gel can also relieve pain..
You should also take anti inflamamtory painkller like Ibuprofen..
Take a high fibre diet and drink plenty of water as it helps in easy evacuation of bladder..
You can do sitz bath that is sitting in warm water tub especially after meals..
Avoid spicy food..
In case if there is no resolution you can be advised
surgical treatment of the fissures..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
