Suggest Medication For Acne

My skin showed changes a couple of months back. I had an enviable skin and rarely developed any pimples or retained leftover scars and spots of the same for almost 31 years of my life. As I turned 32, pimples started developing. Initially, there was no pain in them, they were underneath and felt like another skin under my actual skin. I tried all the home remedies for their cure but they would not go down. Eventually I contacted the dermatologist and he suggested only a cream 'skinorene' with acne soap and nuetrogena facewash. This didn't however help much and the pimples popped open, becoming visible and prominent. When the treatment didn't show much difference in my state, I contacted another, better dermatologist, who then suggested me several medicines which are merely multi-vitamins, iron tables and one medicine for acne, suggesting blood tests of Thyroid and CBC, with plenty of moisturisers, sun-block, facewash etc, and asked me to discontinue the ordinary night creams that I was using.

The situation hasn't shown much change, though. The pimples are still there. Tests have come clear, except that my ESR level is 30mm/hr, eosinophills have risen to 9%.

Any help please, is it an allergy of some kind?

Regards and thanks in anticipation,

Saima
