Suggest Me Proper Remedy For 0.5 Sperical Power In Both Eyes As Wear Ing Specs Hurts?
Hi doctor,
I am 22 years old and have 0.5 spherical power in both the eyes. I have a cylindrical power too of 0.25 in both the eyes with an axis of 180 degree.
Whenever I wear spects ,it pains like anything above my eyes and always uneasyness while working and that is affecting my work. Since I could not get rid off the pain, I checked my eyes again and again and have 3 pairs of lenses now but i still have headache (i am using the power that i mentioned above right now).
I do not know what to do now. Can someone please advise. Is laser an option with this power?

It seems from the history that you are having refractive error for which you are wearing spectacles. It seems you are having problems with wearing of spectacles.
The other options available for you are contact lenses of laser refractive surgeries.
Since the refractive power is only 0.5 sphere with 0.25 of cylinder the option of laser refractive laser surgery may not be a good option but you can go for contact lenses.
