Hi my name is Jessica, I am 28yrs old. I have 3 beautiful children & have always had issues with my weight, but I feel like I am fighting a loosing battle right now. Blood sugar female Hormone and change the diet plan- Avoid refined flour, Sugar and Rice. Avoid bakery food items. Take more fruit and vegetable, more fiber. Definitely you will reduce the weight.
