Hi my name is Jessica, I am 28yrs old. I have 3 beautiful children & have always had issues with my weight, but I feel like I am fighting a loosing battle right now. I eat healthy, ride my bike or walk everywhere & twice a week I workout for an hour at a local beat it class.
My weight will not budge past 77kg & I am roughly 164cm tall please can you help me.

I had gone through the case and if weight is not reducing after effort then go for some investigation-

Thyroid profile.

Blood sugar

female Hormone

and change the diet plan- Avoid refined flour, Sugar and Rice.

Avoid bakery food items.

Take more fruit and vegetable, more fiber.

Definitely you will reduce the weight. If there is any blood test abnormalities then take medicine after consultation.
