Hi
You have not mentioned your height for me to calculate BMI ( normal BMI IS 18.5-24.9 kg/m2).
If you are overweight or obese then you and your baby are at greater risk of pregnancy complications like gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, delivering big baby, cesarean section, wound infection etc.
But don't attempt weight loss during pregnancy. You can do that after delivery. However limit weight gain during pregnancy to between 5-9 kg.
Have antenatal care with consultant.

Have I answered your doubts? If you have any further queries feel free to ask me
