Suggest Home Remedies To Reduce Discomfort In The Scrotum
Our 16 year old son was told by his pediatrician that he may have inguinal hernia ( in his scrotum) and we were referred to a surgeon. The surgeon s office told us that we had to do a consultation first which is scheduled on September 13th. Our son is complaining of discomfort but not pain. Do we need to take him in to the emergency room or should we wait? What are some procedures we can do at home to reduce his discomfort?
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your son's hernia related issue.
There is nothing to worry about it. If your son feels too much annoying he can use mild pain killers available over the counter like paracetamol.
There are some home remedies which can help him like avoid too much hot bath and hot environment. Use slightly tight underwear which makes it comfortable in case he is having inguinal hernia or orchitis.
At the time he feels annoying and there is a bulge in his scrotal Sac he need to lay down facing upwards he will feel better.
