What home remedies are there for a person who took 3 extenze pills and person is experiencing rapid heartbeat, blurry vision and dizziness. Has a hx of copd, htn and diabetes. Found friend having seizures or shaking. Had to wake him up and won t have ambulance pick him up

First of all your should give him a sweet beverage of food to increase glucose levels because hypoglycemia is suspected. Also after this you see such situation, if he has hypertension you can give him Nitroglycerin under tongue or Nifedipine. Monitor him to avoid complications.
