Suggest Fruits With Low Calorific Values

Hi i'm a girl of 28 yrs. I do work out 5 day in gym and want to eat healthy. I know fruits are rich source of nutrition. I just want to incorporate some low calorie fruits in my regular diet for improved health. Could you please suggesat some fruits keeping my age in consideration Please mention which all fruits could be taken regularly and in what quantity. Also mention their health benefits. Thank you.

there are plenty of fruits and vegetables with low calorie value and good nutrition
you should incorporate vegetables either raw or steamed fresh fruits
you should start with lemon water and citrus fruits like orange
you should take whole fruits like papaya grapes banana and berries
jack fruits watermelon are food source of essential nutrients and minerals
