MRI confirmed torn Meniscus....I'm very athletic racquet ball daily, running 10 mi. 3 times a week. swimming a mile at a time on days I don't jog. Jumping off a curb back onto street 10-25-13 I felt the tear finished 7 mile of 10. I have not ran since the 10-25-13 injury. What foods will promote healing?

P.S.. still walking golf with a 4wheel push cart zro pain stuffy right knee periodicaly :)
