Suggest Exercise Plan To Lose Weight

I am currently 90 Kgs and at a height of 156cms. i m a girl. in the comming november my brother is getting marriged. so i want to loose at least 25-30 kgs of weight in 6 months. i m a vegitarian. i can take eggs. right now i am not doing any walk or exercise. but i can do, if required. kindly guide me some tips or an ideal diet routine or some yogasns or exercise. hoping for a favourable reply.Thank you.

Diet and exercise are the two important aspects of weight reduction.Calculate your body mass index and number of kilos you desire to lose.Calculate your daily calorie intake and reduce your calorie intake based on your activity levels.Various applications are available which can be used.

Physical activity is also important for weight reduction.A combination of cardio exercises, weight training and yoga can be done on alternate days to reduce weight faster.Check your weight every week and plan your activity accordingly.
