dear friend
Graves' disease, also known as toxic diffuse goiter and Flajani-Basedow-Graves disease, is an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. It frequently results in hyperthyroidism and an enlarged thyroid.
exopthalmos that is protruding eyes are a symptom most of the time

treatment options available are
1. radio iodine abalation ot thyroid and then subsiquent thyroid hormone replacement by synthetic hormone
2 surgery by way of total thyroidectomy and then replacement therapy
3. use of beta blockers and methmazole to control symptoms till definitive therapy can be done
the eye issues will have to be taken care off separately

option 1 and 2 are the best for long term good life
option 3 is only for the interim till decision for the other two options can be taken or if there is an issue which contraindicated option one and two till the time it can be tackled
hope this answer answers your doubts and helps
