Suggest Dosage Of Tylenol For Mild Fever
My grandson, who is 5months old, had to get all four of his immunization shots a day and a half ago. He is running a slight fever and seems to be in discomfort. I was told by his doctor at the time of his shots to give infant Tylenol if this were to happen. He didn t say what dose and the bottle says ask doctor. How much do I give?

Hi...Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6th hourly that too only if fever is more than 100F. I suggest not using combination medicines for fever, especially with Paracetamol.
