hi...i took my 20th tab last feb 14 9pm then on feb 15 (wed) morning i felt so sick i threw up all the food i ate including the the 20th tab i took the nigght of feb14...so instantly i took my 21st tab morning of feb 15 around 8am..then i bought another pack of althea pill then i took the new pack wed tab or feb15 around 9pm..in short i took 2 tabs on feb15 one in the morning and one in the evening..my concern is am i safe even if i had an unprotected sex the night of feb 14...?should instantly follow my usual 7days of free pill even if i took only one tab on that certain pack?im very much worried...please help..wanna know what to do..thanx
Since you took the pill on the night and vomited only the next day morning, the effectiveness of the pill will not be affected. Continue with your current pill pack as scheduled. And follow the 7 days pill-free period as scheduled. There is no risk of pregnancy.
