Hello.

With the described details, your blood sugar is not good controlled and whatever dosage of medicine you are using appears to be insufficient.
Blood sugar must be in controlled range as it is associated with multiple complications.
First of all you should have a healthy life with the appropriate diet and physical activity. You should consult with your treating doctor and should go for thorough check up: complete blood count, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), that is really important to see your diabetes status and this is optimal for a diabetic pation below 7%. You should also go for ECG, lipid profile, urine routine and microscopy and renal function test.
Meanwhile, continue your Glimisave M1 twice in day under guidance of your treating doctor.
Maybe may need another medication depending on your blood sugar status. I think your glucose level should go to the normal value and a change in life style or in medication should be taken into account.
Best Wishes
