Suggest diet and yoga techniques to improve the sperm quantity

Sir I am 33years old. since last 2years I hv seen that my spam quantity become decrease...& bick thickness also decrease...but my.....power remains still same lately discharge.... How can i improve my spam quantity... Any Yoga & dite can improve that...?

While at Yoga and Meditation, you should not concentrate upon sexual strength but that you are feeling overall energy coming in and nourishing all the seven elements i.e.. Rasa to Shukra ( semen).

There are herbs like Gokshur and Musli giving thickness to semen and sperm count increases. But protocol of directions and diet should be followed.

Generally cow's milk and clarified butter and buttermilk and curd ( not in inight) should be taken with non spicy satvic diet. Every regimen is decided as per strength of disease and patient and also digestion power.

You may win if you follow Ayurveda doctors advise. Pl do not use OTC and TV based products.
