I have throbbing pain on the side or top of my head sometimes. MRI shows "chronic microvascular-Ischemic changes - non- specific findings, however is likely secondary to microvascular-Ischemia". My GP started me on baby aspirin and I have an appt with a neurologist in January - no opening before. Four years ago, I was diagnosed with ophthalmic migraine - i see colors at times when my eyes are closed or taking a shower. Are these related? My lab work is very good - I have no diabetes or high cholesterol. I swim daily 1800 yards for an hour. I eat lean red meat - shall i cut back on this? I eat 5 fruits daily and have kept the same weight over the years. I look 10 years younger than my age. I have been taken low doses of prometrium and estradiol for the last 15 years. should the estradiol 0.5 mg be cut back to 1/2 or this has nothing to do with the microvascular-Ischemic - My father and two uncles were doctors and I would very much appreciate your feedback - Thanks for the help!
