Hi,

You seem to have erosio interdigitalis blastomycetica. It is a candidal infection caused by Candida albicans. Blood tests may be done to rule out DM,HIV and other immunodeficiencies.

There may be itching and burning. Whitish eroded lesios may be there in interdigital areas.

Antifungal like itraconazole or ketoconazole tab may be taken for few weeks. Apply antifungal lotion like clotrimazole. Avoid soap bath. Use dettol liq for cleansing the area. Keep the area dry.You might get good result in few weeks.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
