Hi Dr.... Hoping you are doing well I have a little query about a cream Safri Derm.. I was advised this by a famous dermatologist here.. Last year I faced a sudden pimple breakout and Dr Seemi had given me treatment of Isotretinoin for two months and then advised me Safri Derm. Isotretinoin had left many side effects also as Hair fall and Chapped lips But that worked wonders.. I wasn't using any night cream so carried with Safri Derm but now after using it for 8 months I have noticed a small layer of small invisible pimples around my chin area and a little on cheeks. That appear daily and vanish too. I said invisible as they have no major appearance just when I touch skin I feel them. Allergy type appearance. But they are irritating as skin doesn't look smooth. And some light angles show them worse.. I want to ask are they the result of Safri derm Cream usage? Although Safri Derm is Non Comedogenic and Hypoallergenic. Can you guide me please.. I will be much grateful if you will suggest any night cream and cleanser that can also help me to get rid of pimples and scars.. And yes me of 26 age. N having oily skin.
