Suggest Cause For Giddiness

hello doctor, I am 37 year old man. I feel strange in my head for two months I feel that there are some tense in my mind. I feel gidiness also. when i go to sleep, I feel 1 or two time feet before sliping. my blood report, blood pressure report, ear balance report are normal. Plz tell why it is happening with me?
