Suggest Cause And Remedy For Extreme Fatigue

hello - my partner has symptons of extreme fatigue, is not eating much, has lost 20 pounds in less than 1-2 weeks, all blood tests so far checkout fine, temperature is normal and yet can breakout in sweat and be soaking wet in several minutes. Chest scan has been clear, EKG fine. Doctors seems to be rbaffled.

I believe that your partner may suffer from Hyperthyroidism so I would suggest a TSH blood test as well as a FT3 and FT4.

Just in case, to rule out other possible causes: CEA and Ca 13-9 (female partner) or PsA (male partner )
