Suggest An Ideal Diet To Cleanse The Liver
Hi my doctor says my liver enzymes are high . Last year it was 78 and now its 98 .. What can I do reduce my liver enzymes . She said I have a fatty liver . I do all exercise s and predominantly eat vegetarian food . I am 150 lbs and height of 5.4 . I do take B.P and cholesterol meds ... please let me know what food or drink is good to cleanse the liver .

Liver enzymes of 98 is quite normal and do not indicates any active disease condition. No definite treatment is required either. Avoid alcohol and food substances that harm your liver.
