Suggest An Effective Alternative To Isosorbide Mononitrate

I have arryhtmias and my doctor in Philippines prescribed me amiodaron,Isoptin and Isosorbide -5- Mononitrate. I run out of Isosorbide for almost a monthI did not buy.When I stopped taking Isosorbide, mg blood pressure became high? What medicine can I substitute with it that I can buy over the counter? u can take metoprolol start from 12.5 mg once a day in the morning and can increase weekly upto 50 mg if BP is not controlled with 12.5 mg
