Suggest Alternative Medicine For IBS
My name is bilal ahmad I am 41 years old I am suffering from IBS for the last 20 years. I have been medicated with medicines, i.e Mebverine, Esomiparazole,Entimyzole and many others, Now I am taking Tegasserod, and this medicine provide relief me. but the medicine is now discontinued due to serious side effect. Please advice me about its alternate medicine or any other guidline. Thanks

Dear you may avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. Use Normaxin twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
