Hi,

Sinarest which contains antipyretic (paracetamol), an antihistamine (chlorpheneramine) and nasal decongestant (phenylephrine) is commonly used for the symptomatic treatment of sinusitis and other conditions. Other formulations that contain the same ingredients are available over the counter as wikoryl or dolo-cold or fevokold.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
