Hello
welcome to hcm
well you can modify your lifestyle in the following way to help your bp get under control
(1) REDUCE INTAKE OF SALT IN YOUR DIET - your daily salt intake should not be more then 2.3 grams

(2) REDUCE WEIGHT - keep your BMI to less then 25

(3) EXERCISE REGULARLY - do atleast 30 minutes daily like cycling/swimming/brisk walking/aerobics

(4) DIET - eat lots of fruits/raw vegetables...take low fat dairy products n avoid meat/butter/ghee/fried food

(5) AVOID CAFFEINE - caffeine increases blood pressure so avoid coffee/chocolates/other products containing caffeine

(6) AVOID STRESS - stress in any form is biggest enemy to ur blood pressure..indulge in activities like meditation etc to reduce stress to the minimum
