Suggest A Substitute For Hydroquinone To Improve Skin Tone
Can any MD prescribe Hydroquinone for me or does it have to be a dermatologist only? Like for example can my primary physician prescribe it for me? Because im having a very hard time trying to even my skin tone. Ive tried every Home Remedy i can think of but im in need of something strong and somethong that works in a decent amount of time. I want to lighten my arms, face (around my lips) and especially my inner thighs. Please can someone help me or give me some advice on something that works JUST like hydroquinone. Thanks!
Hi. As per your case history of dark skin. My treatment advice is –
1. Avoid sun-exposure and use a good sun-screen with spf more than 30. 2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on dark skin. 3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 30days . 4. Other treatment options are oral isotretinoin, topical hydroquinone and chemical peeling done by a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr.Harshit Bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
