Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you have got a
throat infection leading to infection and along with it inflammation of sinuses known as
SINUSITIS..
Bump in the roof of mouth can be an abscess secondary to infection or can be a
Pyogenic Granuloma..
I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotics like
Augmentin, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can suck throat lozenges and chew Vitamin C pellet..
You can sip plenty of warm water..
You should do saline
nasal irrigation..
Avoid spicy and hard foods..
In case of no improvement in a week consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
