Suggest A Remedy For Congested, Painful And Stuffy Ear Post Cocaine Use

Hi, I have recently been on a daily cocaine binge which I have now stopped and will never do again. My right ear feels very congested and stuffed. I have no nasal congestion and i use a net pot. I am also allergic to anti-histamines. how can I relieve my earache

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pain along with congestion and stuffiness seems to be due to blocked Eustachian tube that can be secondary to Ear infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated along with a clinical examination he can also advise you to get an Otoscopic done..
He can advise you to take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin,anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen Oral decongestant like Phenylephrine and decongestant nasal spray containing Xylometazoline..
In case of no improvement you can also be advised surgical drainage of fluids followed by antibiotics, decongestant and painkillers to relieve the symptoms..
You should also avoid picking of ears, exposure to loud sounds and excess water exposure like swimming or diving to avoid injury to eardrum..
