Suggest OAB Medication That Does Not Affect Liver Enzymes

If I have OAB, but have had an elevated ALP over the last year (Liver function test) which they believe is from drugs such as Black Cohash, Macrobid and Excedrin, and Enablex, is there any OAB medication that I can take that does not affect lever enzymes?

Hi,

One OAB medication that does not typically affect liver enzymes is mirabegron (Myrbetriq). It is a beta-3 adrenergic agonist that works by relaxing the bladder muscle to increase the bladder's capacity and reduce the frequency of urination. It is well-tolerated and has a low risk of liver-related side effects. However, it is always recommended to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
