Suffering With Arthritis, Have Sharp Pains On Palm Due To Heavy Work, Stabbing Pain On Slight Pulling. Carpel Tunnel?

Sharp stabbing electric type pain occurring left palm on triangle from pointer to ring finger .. started after busy work week and vacuuming with left hand to favor right sore shoulder ... not near thumb approx an inch below centre finger .. do a lot of work with hands .. plus typing .. age 62 ... usually healthy save came down with cold .. all bones and joints burned .. then of course have arthritis since 14ys old .. but agile and strong .. busy .. gripping, pinching holding a pot handle .. even pulling car seat belt sets off the condition of a stab. assuming carpel tunnel .. any other ideas.?
