Suffering From Typhoid. On Taxim, Vibact- DS. Not Able To Sleep. Have Body Pain. Correct Medicament?

Helllo Doctor,
My friend is suffering from Typhoid and it initial stage of Typhoid...My consulting Dr prescribed medicine
1. Taxim - o
2. Vibact- DS
3. Alerid
4. Dolo
please tell me these medicines are ok or not because its been two days she is not able to sleep and her body is paining lot...It's urgent please help...

Your doctor has prescribed the right medicines. Have faith in your doctor.
Symptoms will take some time to subside.
Taxim O is an antibiotic from cephalosporin group it has wide range of coverage.
Vibact DS is a probiotics that helps helpful microorganisms to grow in intestine.
Alerid is cetirizine and is antihistaminic.
Dolo is paracetamol for fever.

If oral antibiotics doesn't help then injection ceftriaxone 1 gm I.V twice daily for seven days should be given.
