Hi I have skin peeling on my inner thighs ... The skin is peeling and i can see the underlying pink skin.. It itches at times and sometimes causes difficulty in walking. Intertrigo is the term used to refer to inflammation in the body folds mentioned above. It can occur on its own or be accompanied by an infection , usually fungal.
You may want to consider the use of a barrier cream such as zinc to prevent further irritation along with a mild steroid cream. The steroid cream would reduce the inflammation. Keep the area as dry and cool as possible.
