Hi,thanks for query.Please send some more details to give proper answer.What I understand is that you are having some pain in shoulder as well as hand.Depending upon you age there could be varisous reasons for this.either it could be nerve compression,some postural compression of muscles etc.Please avoid using thick pillows ,do some regular exercise.You can apply ice over the area for relief of pain.wishing you good health.
