Hi Dr Pooja, As you said that you have lots of pimples and spots, so just wanted you to know that clinda alone cannot solve your problem. Infact no oral or topical anti acne medication would yield result so fast in a week. However reduction of acne to some extent is possible if a proper comedone extraction followed by a glycolic peel or salicylic peel is done as it would yield faster results than other treatment modalities. At the same time I would suggest such treatment option should always be carried by an expert dermatologist to avoid any side effects.
