Please understand having regular eating habit is very important, just drinking lot of water will not solve the problem of constipation
You have to take care of diet in the break fast ,lunch,and dinner balanced diet containing good amount of fibre like fresh fruits and green vegetable even fruits like papaya will help.
Avoid or take less quantity of fried and fast food.
Take adequate amount of water may be 2 to 3 liter per day and adequate sleep and exercise in the form of aerobic exercise
may be playing some out door sports.
Take about 30 K cal /kg/body weight at least,and if you exercise can increase diet and taking heavy diet on weekend will make it worse.
