Hello, Asthma results in poor ventilation resulting in decreased oxygenation to the whole body and this is perhaps the cause of your headaches. Anyway, you should also exclude other reasons for your headaches like sinus problems, refractive errors etc. It is because of the asthma that you feel tired even after rest. Since you stay in a cool place at high altitude where the atmospheric oxygen concentration is lower, you can use a nebulizer for better relief. Also, steroid inhalers are needed to prevent attacks as they reduce the need for bronchodilators which usually have unpleasant side effects. Permanent cure for asthma is not possible but you can keep the symptoms at bay by avoiding triggering factors and taking anti-histamines whenever needed.
