Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern.
In my opinion people who had history of acute pancreatitis its better to depend on insulin for prevention of further attack of acute pancreatitis.
Because most of medications what your are taking right now has a risk of pancreatitis.
so my suggestion is to visit your doctor and ask him to advise insulin.
keep your tablets in a very minimal dose as possible.
regards
