Hello friend,
There is no meaning in saying that you have tried Homoeopathy and found no benefit from that. That simply means the medicine selected by that doctor is wrong. You have to approach another expert Homoeopath for treating your migraine condition. It is a very easily curable condition in Homoeopathy. In homoeopathy we do not have a specific medicine for migraine. In Homoeopathy we do not treat migraine but YOU. The Homoeopathic doctor should understand you in the best possible manner. Either you have not given him to understand who you are in reality or the doctor failed to understand who you are in reality. If both the processes have failed your remedy will not act. Therefore my advise is to approach another most expert Homoeopath whom you can find for you.
With best wishes,

hi
welcome to HCM
thanks for query and happy Ramzan
migraine according to Ayurveda due to vitiation of doshas while modern science believe that it is a vascular disorder which is caused either by intense constriction or dilation of blood vessels around scalp
there are number of triggering factors which suddenly precipitate the migraine in your case too causes are oblivious , one is fasting another is change in sleep pattern
you should eat properly especially some sweet food at early morning prior to your monthly fasting [ roja] and if possible you can avoid fasting ,
sleep properly
ustukhuddus or common lavender a herb will help you lot if taken it's infusion
or pathyadi kashyam in dose of 4 tsf twice daily
wish you good health
