Suffer From Pain In The Joints. No Injury. Need Cure. Have Vitamin D Deficiency

Sir,
Last Thursday I have joint pain in my left leg's the ankle, then next day the pain has removed and attacked to my knee of the said leg then the it has vanished around 70% and from this Monday the joint pain attacked to my right leg knee? It is fact it is swelling, but there is no symptoms of red, blue or black whatever...it shows simple just swelling, while I can tell you I have never get any kind of injury in my legs....then why the right leg knee joint pain not recover smoothly, though the pin has reached third day but feel pain is reducing 5-10% a day...what are the reasons and how can I get rid of that? while in the test uric acid 8.1, that is high of 1.2, on the other hand, vitamin D deficiency deficit 1-2 % low than the standard deficiency including calcium status also says that...what you say and advice?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Multiple joint pain seems to be due to high uric acid level and vit d3 deficiency. Get it evaluated by your doctor. He/she may start uric acid lowering drug and vit d3 supplements.
Take diet rich in vitd3 and avoid diet which increases uric acid.
Hope this will helps you.
