Suffer From Itching On The Arms, Legs And Back. Due To Stress Or Temperature Difference?

Hello. I suffer from itching that affects my arms, upper legs, lower back and head. It normally happens in hot temperature or in stressful situations. It starts with a feeling of pins and needles in my back and arms. Goosebumps appear on my arms, I start itching on my arms and small clusters of red spots appear on my arms and neck. It normally dies down after 10 minutes or so. It can last longer though

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Itching with temperature variation is associated with a type of urticaria.

It is a recurrent condition and needs temperature adjustment.

Treatment with antihistamines is often helpful.

Let me know you have any other doubts.

Please meet a dermatologist for final diagnosis.
