THe blisters in the shin are probably secondary to the shin oedema which needs to be investigated and treated.Thyroid disease, kidney disease and anaemia.Use of oral vitamin B12 tablets are as effective for treating B12 deficiency as injectables if taken in doses of 1500 micrograms or more daily.Ruling out connective tissue disorders, adequate treatment of the Gout and Spondylosis will help.Regular exercise and a healthy diet with advice from a dietician/Nutritionist will help.Your doctor can guide you further.
