Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand your concern. However, there needs to be a complete history taken by a qualified psychiatrist. I hope you have visited with a psychiatrist to seek help with medications. Also you might need therapy and your counselor may give you good advise regarding the kinds of lifestyle changes you need to make and talk you out of your depression. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!

Psychiatrist Dr. Srinivasa S.R.R.Y.'s  Response
Hi

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic

Continuous negative thoughts, disturbed sleep, rumination about failures in life, negative view about future, depressed and ir4ritable mood are symptoms suggestive of depression. Sometimes recurrent thoughts are seen in Obsessive Compulsive disorder also. Sucidal thoughts are very dangerous and you need to immediately consult a psychiatrist for proper assessment and care. You will be treated with antidepressants and pschological modes of treatment.

Best regards
