Sudden Ear Throbbing, Frequent Urge To Pop, Ear Pops On Random Burps And Coughing. How Can I Fix This?
I woke up in the middle of the night, and my left ear is throbbing, i figured that i must have slept on it wrong even though i sleep on my right side(assuming i turned in my sleep). After a while the pain still isnt going away and base on random burps or coughs my ear will pop. It still feels like it needs to be popped really bad, but i have no idea how to fix this
