With your job profile, commonest reason for these symptoms is
GERD (
gastroesophageal reflux disease).
You need a multidisciplinary approach to your problem. I would suggest following: change your position and strech your body from time to time during work hours, take small frequent meals, do not lie down for at least 1 hour after meals. Do regular exercises. Deep breathing exercises will also help. Learn Pranayama if possible.
