Strange Feeling In Breast Slightly Lower In Nipple, Slight Pain When Leaning Forward. Concerning?

Hi, I am having a strange feeling that has continued over a few weeks in my left breast. It is behind the nipple, maybe slightly lower. I'm only 26 so I am surprised it isn't painful but I can feel that there is something different about that breast. It does have a slight pain. It is more noticeable to me when I lean forward. Getting a bit concerned.

Hi thanks for asking on HCM.

It should not be anything serious as per your history. But its difficult to rule out every thing without examination.

I will suggest you to get a mammogram done and consult a breast surgeon.

Good Luck
