Stopped The Habit Of Drinking Alcohol After 35 Yrs. Tension, Sleeplessness, Impatience. No Help From Zaleplon, Sominex. Remedy?

I have just recently stopped drinking all alcohol after 35 years due to a DWI that came from an order not to drink at home because my wife was drinking a 2.2 liter of Merlot and taking 3 antidepressants all at the same time. So due to a court order until the divorce is final, which is approaching a year. I just recently has to stop drinking 3-4 Heineken beers each night after work at home. I am severely tense and I am unable to sleep. I sleep 3 or 4 hours a night, maybe and on the weekends I'll stay up for 24 hours then eventually I will sleep for 6-10 hours. I've already got in trouble at work for yelling at a Security guard for telling me which way to drive in the parking garage. He's a true mental problem. I have been taking zaleplon cap 10 mg and even adding a few sominex to help me to try to go to sleep but it doesn't work. Any suggestions that I can take to my DR.. I need something for Tension and that will help me sleep and take some tension off. My DR already has me on an anti depressant Citronix? And 0.5 Atava. I'm not going to be able to keep doing this. Last time this happened I wrecked 3 cars in one day on the way to work. I need someone that actually knows what to give me to reduce tension and allow me to get at least sleep 6 hours of sleep.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It is very good to hear that you have stop drinking the alcohol now, let me tell you some fact, there is no withdrawal like symptoms ocures, whatever happens to patient who have left the drinking is just looking for excuse to start in again, otherwise I have seen many patient those have left the drinking at once then never touched it again without any "so called" withdrawal syndrome, on medical ground it may not be acceptable but practically it is fact you can also try this, have nice day and good luck.
